Get Involved
 Every 9 1/2 minutes, someone in the U.S. is infected with HIV. The epidemic is real.

C.U.R.E. is fortunate to have the support of many in our community.  Sadly though, many people are still unaware that HIV/AIDS still is infecting and affecting people in our community and around the world.

C.U.R.E. remains resolute in our mission to increase HIV/AIDS education, prevention and outreach.  In January, 2012 we will implement "The Kopanski Project"  a new education program dedicated to Glenn Kopanski,  a 27 year survivor of AIDS, a long time supporter of C.U.R.E. and a long time compassionate community advocate for HIV/AIDS.

Board member and Education Program Director, Sheryldine Samuel, will lead a 4 prong education and outreach program:

   * Speaker's Bureau
   *Long term survivor group
   *Quilt 101
   *HIV/AIDS 101

If you are interested in The Kopanski Project or would like more information email Sheryldine at sheryldine@curentx.org

As C.U.R.E. is growing we are expanding our board of directors.  If you would like to work with us and have an interest in joining our board you can download our board application and submit it for review to roseann@curentx.org .
